we are meditating all the time
our river of blood is flowing
the intoxicant of oxygen is ingested
we are the fire burning in-exhaustively bright
think is exploding from our volcano within
thought debris comes into conscious frame
we are meditating outside of time
but we all can wake up, in a timely fashion
there is no on or off switch to it
it is beyond isness but comes into is, as experience
it is not made of experience
but we can all be seduced into an experience it
as if it just started to happen as we come to notice
but no, we are meditating all of the time
even before time and then, there after
such a game we play by having frames
each with our own paper bag over our heads
yearning light at the end of the tunnel
is really a pin hole in that paper bag for viewing
really, we are meditating, all of the time
as if before time had a grip,
we have energetic truth as existence
there is no story to this
story is our small mindedness
we are all one before story,
mind grip, physical existence
we are meditating
well really, we are the meditation of itself . . .
(but living in this format alive)
