as heavy as thoughts could emotionally weigh
I am ever embraced by the lightness of being
as much as decisions burden my train of thought
I am lifted by each incoming breath’s innocence
so much carving a self out of circumstance evident
to provide a lighthouse of spirit, coming from soul
