how observation fails us

we're all afflicted with observation's stance

sensing done as if bystanders with concern

separation's bias having tools 

only to observe

believing in as if by factual import

to claim this as imminent connection

observation is so superficially endowed 

with the measures of accomplishment

yet the gloss is so immediate 

moving into measures of account

totally underwritten 

by separation as its means 

even if phenomenology was 

authentically the intent

but the rational mind wants to intervene

with the obviousness of evidence 

caring and connected 

is not part of this photo shoot

for to feel for what is, 

is to be with and of it

we more easily align 

with observation's stance

we take interpretative 

over the delve to immerse

using sensory as a gage 

does not give us an energetic view

we are left with interpretive 

as observation's stance

for empathy does not translate 

into observational remarks

with the feel, there is commingle, and merge is happening

this is how observation fails us

without vibes being present all of the time

observation is hellbent of juries that 

we don't have juries that merge to discern

we are hellbent on observation 

that discriminates

as if spectators on the brink of curious 

but inquisitive is bound to slow this down

with questions asked and narratives in reply

and this is how observation fails us

I give you my present until I am identified

I am now referential without a heart beat

and commonly known 

by my projection's account

so forget all of that
