the edgy-ness of mistakes,
besides glaring at the eventual obviousness.
what else is/was going on?
was this a tug of war
between the intended and the performance,
between the task and the tenor of action,
between the focus and the hidden fury,
between the unconscious-interruptus
and potential pride of completion,
between the critical mind of thoroughness
and the daydreaming executioner?
there is a deeper truth
other than ordained simplicity gone south.
mistakes feature personal growth,
the option of self in discovery.
so if you draw a line in the sand,
the sand will choose sides.
there are no mistakes taken personally.
if you do,
you miss the point of discovery.
the edgy-ness of so called is waisted
on defense or account.
no real personal profit in either one.
personal growth is dismissed for account,
learning then not growth
but defense against futures.
the edgy-ness is a live-in teacher,
thirsty for inward relevance made conscious.
everyone is their won experiment
in this ongoing way.
but there are no participation awards,
only wisdom of self in conscious expansion . . .
