to unearth the pressing question

the pressing question,

formally unasked, 

but ever asking in its own personal way.

is life about acquisition

or is it about actualization?

is it then the methods of control gained

or is it about the means of focus acquired?

to have control as a means and support from drivenness

or to have focus so as to invite drawnness as presence?

to have acquired for further usage

or skills discovered unrealized until then?

to take oneself where one seems to need to go 

or to come into oneself from inherent self worth?

is that self package-able from the obtaining

or compositional from the uncovering? 

is it the sensing of self in command

or the feeling of integration coming from within?

is it a pursuit to render and fix what is

or to clarify with depth and then re-immerse?

for where does drivenness get you

or what does drawnness eventually reveal?

and from where within oneself 

does this question originate?

and who is the audience of self in listening,

that either, initiates an action 

or creates an introspection of response? . . .
