as long as I am audience

I am immorally implied.

I paid for projection as entertainment

which is a peculiar form of passive-aggressive 

in which I agree to view and then privately critique. 

I am audience mummified with experience.

I am invaded with techniques to please me

as long as I am the almighty dollar.

persuasion presented my way is an honorable task.

so many forms of human behavior are groped

for leverage towards profit.

I am suspect of stage presence all together.

somewhere we all agreed to an interactional passivity.

we agreed to bystander status.

whatever the human declarative, 

in response to the planet,

has been dismissed as relevant in the moment.

the self shadow cast is too large to avoid.

all meaningfuls apparently need a background and a stage.

we are all complicit by operatives 

that deny deeper truths as evident and functional.

a minority can dabble and become a topic of interest.

but meaning can have a glaze to it.

and we can all be fascinated with the flavor of their efforts.

but to realize the truth of it from within(?)

entertainment falsifies our true nature to observe.

there is an unspoken passivity pronounced.

it does not give us an authentic read of the moment.

and it is a human endeavor 

distracted from a larger need for focus.

this is all species specific in its entitled sense of being.

this reinforces the use of the planet as a staging area.

human priorities are widely off base on behalf of this.

we have come to take the planet for granted

as if in service to our entitlement needs.

we gouge resources and circumstance 

to advance our agenda.

the immorality is vast and widely human complicit.

we seem to claim we have a birthright to be entertained.

audience, as a ritual, miscasts us from purpose and cause.

there is no integrative planetary logic that justifies this.

yet we are confounded to admit to this as error.

audience is not really the issue at hand.

but the mindset that creates and defends audience is.

at the grandest scale of human-planetary life,

the mindset of audience denies both the principles

and the priorities necessary to rebalance with nature.

for it is hard to notice the assumptions 

and the cultural history that has gone into this predicament.

yet we move in cultures that avoid and deny

both planetary needs versus human priorities 

where humans amongst themselves bicker 

and continue to damage the earth

as if it just a staging area for the myopic species concerns.

audience is just a portal to discover a deeper set of truths

one that need addressing 

more then we need to be entertained . . .
