tone is non-dualistic at source and in broadcast
tone is the piercing-now of embodiment
language is the imminent recent past reflected
in only a comparative truth way
that is working the evocative
of philosophical belief into separatism
tone is tuning forks
harmonically setting off other tuning forks
of the same vibrational frequency
in others within sound’s reach
tone is sacred, cherish-able, divine-expanding,
consecratingly bask, sacramental to the soul
yet talk is attention-span apocryphal,
dubiously resourceful, pleasantly spurious,
resoundingly fictitious, and unceasingly questionable
as a shotgun approach to accuracy.
we seem to carry both
one of verbal weaponry,
one of transcendent wisdom
one has enemies in bothersome stances
one has affinities,
ever in the search there of,
sound has meaning as hearing it has dance
speech has the necessity of decodings
the singularity of brain function exploring
exposing a sense of featurings
where understanding becomes the parade marshal
as if one's body is in audience.
tone from heart is worth more than talk from mind
and we are a lifetime’s search
to clarify the difference . . .
