Pain is nameless.
Pain itself is nameless.
That you give it a name
is something
you don’t want to do.
Once you name it,
it is separate from you.
Once separate from yourself,
you can claim ownership of it.
As an it, it defiles you.
You now believe,
it is not of you,
but at odds with you.
All your relational techniques
with it, do not make it
go away or disappear.
It,
although you claim as separate,
is part of the expression of you.
It is saying, in truth,
what you as separate,
hold as it, in denial.
What you treat as now symbolic,
is, in essence,
an expression of you.
That you hold it
as separate from you,
is a long way
around the mountain of you
to be in contact with this, it
as a deeply private
expression of you.
This it, has to come back to you
and into you,
as an expression
of the divinity of you.
You have to become the embrace,
the expression, the process,
the means and the source
of this it.
This it,
is the sacred secret you keep.
An inner sanctum that is shadowed
and otherwise from the rest of you,
incomplete.
Be the divinity through and through.
All your cells can be
out from the shadows of you.
Sip from the light of your being.
Be conscious cells
of conscious chemistry,
of conscious electrical
current and circuitry.
Be all the space consciously
in between and fill that it
with conscious emotion and light.
Be the sovereign conscious mind
of self love and intent
where what would be called pain
by outsiders with interest,
is now but a whiff, a buzz,
or maybe a blast
of an elevated sensory state
free for you to vibration-ally embraced
as an extension of what is
of and from the expression
of the earnest rest of you.
Pain has no name
in oneness of being.
Consciousness will see to that.
And you are the true source
of that consciousness of being . . .
