Prophecy and chaos
are from the same
perceptual style.
It is not in the perceiving
but in the receivership
that the results differ.
While chaos seems
to define embrace,
to reach for the depicted
observable conclusion,
to feel for reaction
as a need,
to claim
distinct indefinable events
as memory,
prophecy seems
to want to link,
to see outrageous cohesion
chiseled into cause,
indebted to memory.
