can words, spoken
ever out-speak their declarative?
does the descriptive
ever become the directive?
can impulse ever be the imperative?
does morality exist without a sidedness?
what if morality was
more like a river in motion
and less like a police lineup for the view?
what if moral existed
before words came to represent?
what if there is real life
before conclusions
were formally introduced?
what do I get for wearing an opinion
as a mindset out on a stroll?
how does discreet amble along
if there are no points of view
to wander through?
if I accuse you of being accusational,
did I eat your muffin
while you looked away?
am I taking delight
by out-framing
your presentation perspective?
did I really out-speak your declarative,
took the ammo out of your gun
but made you out to be
the one who fires blanks,
making you go bang bang with your mouth
to cover up the failure
of your essential intent
in its delivery, gone astray?
when did morality become more topical
as a perspective,
than an inherent sense of being?
is morality so situationally vast
that no one can speak the truth
without serious contextual override?
well, in theory,
one could fuck themselves
into enlightenment,
based on their essential intent
but would one's behavior, in doing so,
ever be seen for its essential worth
or only as accountable
as one's apparent actions?
motive is such a secret language spoken
that even the one who may be speaking it,
may not know,
what they have to say . . .
(or did they out-speak of it,
as them self?)
