when crime versus contrition,
why does how crime exceed contrition matter?
crime is a timely act,
but contrition is a lifelong journey.
crime is eventfully embraced,
where as contrition lives intimately within.
crime is a takeaway,
but contrition is a giving forth.
crime has newsworthy benefits.
contrition is primarily a state of being.
crime plays to fear,
in a major key heard out loud.
contrition responds to past fear events ,
in a somewhat minor key,
quite privately.
to have them equate in some way?
judgment does not have a timeline
for that . . .
