my supposed unconscious mind 

is not limited to this lifetime of experiences.

so the cross referencing is always in process.

they first appear as feelings,

impressions that then 

conscious brain registers,

out of perspective but evident.

episodes unto themselves,

but not naturally linked 

to outer-world experience.

they appear as standalones, 

unlinked but possibly stimulated 

by outer circumstance,

some fabric of connection, 

but not logically deployed into reasoning.

sometimes layering occurs,

whereby simultaneous storylines 

are being presented,

but not similar in nature, 

just juxtapose to each other.

not sure what the common thread 

for then is.

sometimes I see others in this way.

they present as a definite person 

in a normal sense

but also a second movie-like set 

of images appear,

as if two movies 

on the same visual screen together

but independent in content and display.

linked through that person's presence,

though they may not be aware 

of the second sense.

not puzzling to me

but interesting as in a delve,

to see if this person has any recall 

of the other sense.

sometimes they do

but not in the same present frame 

of reference.

just a mention of the second movie

may set off a response in the person

of feelings they have about that topic,

that seems very private to them internally

but not in the present context of asking.

so much is going on in a human,

beyond what the conscious mind handles,

as if we are the lake 

that allows the boat of us

on the surface to travel.

buoyant in its appearance 

of separateness ongoing,

even though deeper currents 

within prevail unannounced.

what is claimed as unconscious,

is claimed by this side of order 

about the other,

as if a small brother of self-consciousness

is whining for attention

in the presence 

of a wider presence big brother, 

who shows no natural interest 

in the dilemma at hand.

big brother or unconscious mind as termed,

is busy 

in an alternate universe of awareness,

somewhat nonlinear 

but reasonably compositional.

there is linkage happening 

grandly all the time

but the reaction to it in this realm 

is minimal, 

a kind of recognition fluidity exists 

as functional

and judgment or conclusions 

are not the means used.

there is a viscosity 

of thought-action occurring.

maybe experience 

as we so claim consciously is impeded

and unconscious experience functions 

with an efficiency

that the conscious mind basically lacks 

at this time.

maybe the conscious mind is 

too much audience to it,

as an existence thriving on affect

rather than integrating with it,

as a kind of false separatism 

of occupancy occurring.

what wonders when 

the two kinds of consciousness

meet in a clearing to each other.

we are that process ongoing.
