what you say you want

is not accessible by wanting.

you can't get a want

and have it complete you.

want is an audience participation means.

sure, you get intimate audience

but you still brought audience mentality 

to it.

you wanted want to bring you transformation

but you are only getting 

additional wardrobe,

more the stuff of you

and not so much the growth 

or metamorphosis of being.

whomever is doing the want of you 

or for you

lacks the inner wherewithal 

to be the growth 

but only be the acquired reward.

it's tacky, all dressed up as matured.

whomever of you that made want 

the operative of personal growth,

needs to get schooled 

on a self sense of being.

acquisition, as gain, is not growth.

clamor as needy looks much the same.

any want needs to personally transcend 

into calling as a drawnness.

like attracts like is grounds for growth.

opposites, as wants, 

attract lessons of learning,

the what-not-to 

and the where-not-to of learning.

opposites surely can contract for carriage

of what you lack as means

but a want for growth 

does not benefit from that.

it's really 'be my shotgun 

for what I lack' theme.

so want converted to a calling has potential.

don't hurt me 

with the details of your trials 

and tribulations of getting 

that figured out for yourself.

it's a lesson everyone has to pass.

want is naiveté, 

possibly blessed.

how deeply from within

can you hear that as a calling? . . .
