what does worth have,

outside of a belief in it?

agreement about worth?

what does it really represent?

is worth a value

or is it a means of undercurrent connectedness?

does capitalism depend on out-scoping worth,

as if hunting it down for our ivory of desire?

its skins for our claim of need

or its meat for our species dependency?

worth has no life

outside of the mindfulness assigned.

belief rides shotgun in support as a given.

belief is the elixir

that gives worth a celebrity's life,

as singular or momentous as worth can represent.

worth has become a fixture of manipulation's goal.

however it is staged 

or backlit to appear,

worth has been a celebrity to all.

worth will appear in any form,

from ink to blood to spoken to form,

from futures to the postures of beliefs 

to reflections from mirrors giving account,

from self-assessment methods 

to the endpoint of self-narratives.

the worth-domain spreads far and wide and deep.

it is a syntax of self-consciousness,

yet ever in flux, foreground to back.

ever the lifeblood of estimation taking a breath in.

riding the hidden rollercoaster of time's ever-change.

where within are we the artisans of worth?

how that medium lives within us,

as either an evaluative skill of critical acumen

or as an addiction of compulsion upon request,

and the full range of variations in between.

worth, it's hard to grasp the hand that feeds.

hard to venture without the notion of chase or yearn.

we, as crayons with wax or color.

we, out of contexts that provide.

worth without a mental escort as a given enterprise.

worth has taken up my tongue for its cause.

worth is always dressed in conclusion's made.

no speak lives without sidedness expressed.

worth lives within that formulation's method.

how to be,

without worth as backdrop, as lighting, 

as composition's steadied enterprise.

imagine worth without the wardrobe of self. 

where differentiation has no cause for living.

where oneness is means 

and worth is only that isness ever expressing,

but not of the know,

for what being, then means . . .
