if it's a carpet made of morals
then we wear it down
and wear it out.
whatever the fabric of that mindset
in time,
passage is a lowdown plunder.
however implicit the intent,
it then becomes loose language
in its ever passing.
in the light of each moment,
morals are not necessarily the directive
as much as the acoustics of the surround.
if so,
then finding the truth of moving forward,
is before the lip-service of transit overrides.
morals should not have been
the process of hand-me-downs.
they should be the artfulness
present in living
rather than a style of apparel
for occasional usage.
morals existed
before the written word came around.
it's an emotionally based logic
rather than a mentally profound.
morals should have a tonal base of presence,
way before rules gained the stature of law.
take a walk with me,
for it isn't where we go
or what we walk upon.
it's how we are,
with what we carry,
as the mediumship of our presence
that the sense of morals
is essentially based upon . . .
