a science, a psychology and a philosophy
got out with a mindset
and went for a walk together
in a consciousness park.
a science saw
and commented about the park.
the psychology sensed
and remarked about the perception of the park.
and the philosophy summoned a reasoning,
of course, about the park.
the park withstood the preoccupations of all three.
actually, the park cared for all three,
as if they were creatures of their minds,
but regularly park attendants.
so the park set out to please all three.
it had a greenhouse with specified growing areas
for experimental plants in water-based solutions
with animal interactions for habitat and food sourcing.
it had gatherings areas, like a drum circle,
an open concert arena, a kiddie playground,
and walking and biking trials,
as well as open grassy areas
for just gathering in the sun.
it had a reading area, a fragrant open flower garden,
a sitting area for conversations and songfests,
as well as statues of honor
to memorable scholars of the past.
anything that it could do
to draw each of them out
of their career-based preoccupation.
so the scientist wound up at the food stand.
the psychologist was busy smelling the flowers
and the philosopher continued to walk his imaginary dog.
and the park said,
it is and was
a huge success . . .
