it is not just the knowing,
but the knowing of the know,
that matters.
to be fully aware
of the nuances
and the suppositions
and the assumptions,
that foster and arm
every know
into its actualization.
for every root
of every tree
speaks for the tree.
and yet is concealed,
by the earth
that has come between,
that the roots have grown through,
that labor as anchors and source,
for the apparency of the tree,
to stand upright,
as the knowing
that present as itself . . .
