when emotion is too much
for words to handle,
do I send out a flood
or a flock?
when emotion is too much,
am I overbearingly tonal
or am I torturously topic bound?
when emotion is to, too much,
is it abundance or anguish dressed
that either commands or compels?
when emotion is,
as it appears to be,
who am I to become,
the owner of said ranklings
or the bystander
to this recent imminent past?
when I am an emotion-owner,
what rights do I actually have?
for I have no immunity from feelings
and there are no exemption clauses
in my life . . .
