what if all the meaning of language
is just metaphorical,
residing in just the mental state?
what if, is just in the nature of understanding.
if emotional,
it is the mood of presence,
presenting in passing.
is where mental is contextual,
is emotional compositional?
where mental is diagnostic,
is emotional harvesting?
where mental is educational,
is emotional entertaining entrainment offered?
where play is mental,
sport as scoring, is applied.
where play is emotional,
joy is full-body experienced.
certitude in the mind
requires conclusions and memory.
certitude in emotions
requires ongoingness as embodiment.
mental expression
is like spray-painting permanents
on walls as images, consciousness impressing.
emotional expression
is writing with a random stick
in a fleeting, ongoing stream,
as wave fascinations, in passing.
in our reality,
emotions are mind-captured
in a languaged reductionism.
mindfulness immersed in emotions
becomes speechlessly presented
yet facially present.
where mind is mouth worthy
and emotion is full-face current,
what is forcefully undisclosed?
if consciousness is a beach, there,
we culturally draw a horizontal to the ocean,
as if a line in the sand.
one side is land bound mental,
the other is ocean emotional.
balance honoring emotional
is a life long process.
as if float is to emotionally swim
while mental is not to drown,
even if over pronounced.
therefore we have understanding
as way before we come into emotional empathy.
compassion is our version of mental compromise.
we are so culturally out of balance
that mentality overrides
and emotions live as undertows.
the study of linguistics is still a form of mental sidedness.
the study of feelings or emotions has no direct application.
it is subjected to mental interpretation
as its comprehension field.
we have no means of comparable emotional account.
we don't have a field where we study mentality
from an emotional means of perspective.
we are radically presupposed for comprehension
and emotion is to trail after.
yet, emotionality offers more bonding skills
than intelligence does by agreement.
where within do we witness these two
as cooperative in meaning and means?
they are two very different mediums
that function quite differently from each other,
one of mastery, the other of emersion.
the consciousness is set to accept
the workings of the mind and its modeling.
but the feeling nature is more deeply aligned with being
and more fluid with ongoingness.
thought registers in still shots taken
then into conclusions made,
while emotion is in a constant-flow format.
can one imagine a day
without a conscious conclusion being made?
without the still-shot mentality
as consciousness pervading.
what if, in the future, it is discovered,
that the heart-brain, being emotions,
is superior to the mind-brain?
that emotion is a superior means
of consciousness functioning?
each of us, for now,
is that living experiment,
almost unknowingly so . . .
