entitlement jerks
have naïveté as a method of bias.
much like drivers at intersections
who look away to turn,
avoiding awareness of your presence
in order to not acknowledge you
as a priority,
like having premise with emphasis
that overrides the bother of listening,
or reading headlines followed by
a sudden loss of interest or attention span,
or changing the channel of a conversation
to avoid the inquiry of one's first person account,
or 'as god is my witness',
makes solemn,
the restraint of question to be asked,
or locality presence
as grounds for judgment with pride,
or any belief held as proof beyond inquiry,
the fain of age, as too young or too old
as a way of bias protection.
hell, we are all naive and biased.
it's just the leveraging of a cleverness
that dignifies one as an entitlement jerk . . .
