one chases after

while the other beckons the inner call

one has a reality context

while the other attempts to demystify 

both have status and priorities

one asserts will power with measures of effort

while the other surrenders to a sense of higher cause

one receives feedback as to proving one’s worth

while the other attempts to rarify what’s meaningful

one produces an action figure of results

while the other lives between wonder and wander

one constructs a life of statements

while the other travels between content and context

both move through time-circumstances with means

one has definite, productive and results

while the other has surrender, realize and ponder

one has age as just a number

while the other has timeless . . .
