The second fascination; the in-breath pause
The in-breath pause is the homestead, the view across the
thought-cluttered prairie, the inception phase of conclusions, the signage
phase of judgments, the launch phase of next-ness, the insipid phase of
outside-world sensorial recognition, and the turf phase of claiming oneself to
be. The in-breath pause becomes the mind-room of self-dom. This is the room responsible for learning how
to ride a bike, to listen for the facts, to remember ‘a long forgotten’, to
weave the fabric of opinions, and the reasons fought for, the ‘guardian of the
self’ to be. It is the cornerstone for the prison of unconscious habits to be
built. It is the billboard for the reveal of desires to become known. It is the
phase in the breath cycle where emotions get to become kibitzers behind the
throne. It is the nursery residence for isolation to seek its own self-sense of
reward. It is where the diary of self is constantly written on the edge-water
of the conscious mind-beaches within, only to be washed away with every next
outbreath’s sweep.
