the glacier speaks by melting 4/17/20

all speaking is a response 

to a look in the mirror of self

not with one's eyes per say

but with one's position of conviction

one's script of self-say

meeting one's expectations

in the movie of me

hardly a line is missed internally

even though multiple voices speak

some externally and some internal

some at the same time

almost in retort to the other 

but in the same audience frame

one maybe be meeting external expectations

while the other is venting

on the weight of the self truth

not all stands taken by voice

are held as true

some are only rhetorical

some momentary

others belie a code of deeper conviction

basically there is a crowd of inner voices

they speak in their own context

at their private level of concern

some actually think in conjunction

while others just in stand-alone belts

the voice-movie continues

not all are ever on stage at once

sometimes hard to believe 

they are all on the same journey

a cast of self-characters

some even outlive their own roles

can't want to kill the messengers

hard to always find who write their say-lines

nearly everyone is a production

oratory is only a means

vocalization is much like a glacier 

that which surfaces 

is only a small part 

of all that is actually embodied

for the glacier of self

speaks by melting,

only some of which 

is seen and heard . . .
