There is a quality of
light that is not the travel of
light but
it is a field presence light.
It is the light that going nowhere yet
gives the feel of an extensive expansive
inclusive embodiment.
It is not a here going on to there light.
It is an all everywhere it is light.
In fact, the light is
not so visually seen.
It is our coming on to the sight of the light that
requires for us, a self-scrutiny. The light is generally
nothing familiar but
the seeing or sensing of the light
is the real amazement. So from
where within each of us does this begin? How do I sense a
light of no light?
What are my means that would do this for me? What am I to say to
myself
that allows the pursuit and entry?
Maybe this light is genuinely a light but outside of
time as its means.
If so, there is no here-to-there
because it does not travel to be. Maybe it
has a ‘presence’ of means:
a light that is of ‘everywhere’ means,
a light so refined, to be of everything,
a light, even beyond the ‘thing’ of it,
a light in and beyond the ‘space’ of it.
a light before energy to be of space (!),
a light so pervasive as to not be excluded from
all form and all non-form in manner, a
light behind all the wardrobe of matter, a
light that occupies all space incidentally. It
does not have any consciousness of ‘happening’. It reflects
for us an ‘is’, that
is our ‘is’, our version of is.
We are of ‘it’ but choose to view it. We are in ‘it’, with it, but as we
claim to be. But
this light has no ‘it’!
This light has no boundaries to claim an “it”.
When we speak about it,
we are talking in the third person, about ourselves. We seem to lack
this ‘first personage of light’ and
yet we are everywhere with ‘it’ within . . .
